The Classic ski school Harrachov represented by Vítězslav Poledno, company identification No. (IČO): 61198455, tax identification No. (DIČ): 259-6112050494, registered office at Harrachov 535, post code 512 46 (hereinafter referred to as CSSH) provides individuals with participation in organised courses of skiing and snowboarding and lending of skiing and snowboarding equipment on the basis of a signed application form or a lending card signed by the customer. In the case of minors, the application form or the lending card shall be signed by their legal guardian. The customer agrees with any information given on the application form, the lending card and takes into account the general business conditions of CSSH.
Furthermore these relations shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code or the Commercial Code, as the case may be, and by these general conditions.
The price of services provided by CSSH are agreed by agreement made between CSSH and the customer in accordance with the valid price list published by CSSH always in April before the respective season begins, which is freely available to customers for inspection in any shop run by CSSH. The customer shall pay for the service always before the course begins or before the equipment is borrowed in any shop in cash or by a credit card. If payment is made through co-operating travel agencies, the customer shall present a payment voucher issued by the relevant travel agency.

If the customer fails to take part in the course or if he returns the equipment before the lending period expires, the paid price shall only be returned if the customer has fallen ill; his illness shall be substantiated by a doctor’s certificate.
The price shall be returned subject to submission of a voucher certifying the payment in favour of CSSH together with the doctor’s certificate and shall always be paid out in the place of making the payment or in any other manner agreed. The proportional part of the price shall be returned, i.e. the total price paid shall be divided by the total number of days of the course and this ratio shall be multiplied by the number of days on which the customer did not participate in the course.
In the case of insufficient snow conditions, CSSH shall reserve the right to cancel the course with the subsequent return of the price paid for the relevant course cancelled.
The price of the course and other services provided by CSSH shall not cover customer’s insurance against injury. Nevertheless CSSH recommends that customers should have taken an insurance policy against accident.
These conditions shall be available for inspection in all shops of CSSH and shall become an integral part of the contractual relationship established between the customer and CSSH.
By signing the application form or the lending card the customer confirms that he has become familiar with these general conditions and undertakes to accept them in their full scope.
